Job Description:
We are looking for a Back Office / Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will collaborate with our sales and technical teams to manage administrative tasks, streamline communication, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the laboratory team to schedule tests, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and sales materials.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year of experience in a Back Office / Sales Support role.
  • Strong understanding of testing procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on reliability and accuracy.
