Extension of accreditation in the Certification of products/services scheme for Regulation (EU) 2016/426 GAR

As of 01.01.2022 two member companies of MTIC Group, MTIC InterCert and Flam Gas InterCert, announced the merger under the brand name of MTIC InterCert.

Flam Gas InterCert Srl (FGI) (formerly known as Flam Gas Laboratories) has provided its services as notified body (NB. 0705) and accredited certification body in the field of Appliances burning gaseous fuels for the Regulation (EU) 2016/426 for more than 30 years. FGI’s in-house organisation has been focused on the testing and certification of gas appliances but can also perform testing of electrical appliances or domestic appliances.

MTIC InterCert Srl with its 50+ years of experience and know-how in testing, inspection, and certification areas as a notified body (NB. 0068) and accredited body, has been providing high level, high quality and boutique services for several EU directives/ regulations, countless of products, such as Appliances burning gaseous fuels for the Regulation (EU) 2016/426.

As of 20.05.2022, MTIC InterCert has received the confirmation of the extension of accreditation in the Certification of products/services scheme for Regulation (EU) 2016/426 GAR by the Accreditation Body (Accredia).
