MTIC InterCert Srl of MTIC Group has obtained the new accreditation against ISO/IEC 17025 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories by ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB)

 

We are pleased to inform our partners and customers that MTIC InterCert has obtained ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and FDA Accreditation Scheme for Conformity Assessment (ASCA) by the accreditation body ANAB for its laboratories in Rho (MI) and Fiume Veneto (PN).

 

In particular, the accreditation is related to electrical safety and gas appliance with regards to this major fields:

 

  • Equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use
  • Medical Electrical Equipment and Medical Electrical Systems
  • Household and similar electrical appliance
  • Luminaries
  • Audio/video, Information and Communication technology equipment
  • Electric toys Machines
  • Machines
  • Fire detection and fire alarm systems
  • Gas heated catering equipment
  • Environmental conditioning

 

 

The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) is the accreditation body in the USA for several disciplines, such as ISO/IEC 17025 calibration and testing laboratories and forensic laboratories, ISO/IEC 17065 product certification bodies, ISO/IEC 17020 inspection bodies and forensic agencies…etc.

 

MTIC InterCert S.r.l., which is born from the renewal of the historical company Istituto di Ricerche e Collaudi M. Masini, with its +50 years of experience and knowledge in the field of testing, certification and inspection has been serving to its customers globally.

 

Today MTIC InterCert is well known by the customers as a synonymous for CE marking owing to its recognition by the EU as one of the first Notified Bodies with the number CE 0068 for several directives. It is also one of the best knows bodies for the certification and inspection of personnel, products and management systems.
